Kefir, or Indian mushroom, in short, is a vital substance that turns milk into yogurt. This yogurt contains natural yeasts and beneficial bacteria that are good for health in general. I personally tried it for my colon, and thank God, my colon issues have ended.
How to prepare Indian mushroom (Kefir):
Amount: One tablespoon of Indian mushroom after thawing and washing with potable water. Place it in a glass jug and add 2 cups of milk. Stir with a wooden or plastic spoon and cover with a cloth. Place it in a cool, dark place, for example, inside a kitchen cabinet, for 24 hours. Then stir it with a spoon and strain it through a plastic sieve into a glass or plastic container. Take the resulting curdled milk and keep it in a glass container in the refrigerator until use. Then return the mushroom grains to the jug and pour milk over them. Repeat the same process as the previous night, and so on.
