/How it is made:/
The suwaiga is the prophetic 'talbina', which the Messenger, peace be upon him, recommended.
It is barley harvested a month before ripening, then cooked, then dried, then harvested, then cleaned, then lightly roasted, then ground and offered for sale or consumption.
