Original Sana'ani Ithmid Kohl With Zamzam Water And the kohl is, God willing, guaranteed, original, and 100% pure. And this is my work. I buy the stone, soak it in Zamzam water for several months, filter it from the attached stones, then grind it. And by the grace of God, it is tested and many people have benefited from it. And my experience in it is 30 years, praise be to God. And I specialize in making original Ithmid. And I will, God willing, watch God first and last.
