A mechanic diagnosed it as ball joints, while another suggested it's the steering rack. - The air filter hose is broken and has been welded. Replacing it costs around 500 (I don't recall the exact amount). - The side mirrors do not fold electrically; they need new gears. Any car glass shop can fix this for 200.
