In its production, we have invested the essence of our accumulated experience over more than 8 years in the field of raising and producing local poultry, based on reliable academic scientific research results, and benefiting from the best capabilities in all stages of production. We began our production journey with five basic stages, in which we distinguished ourselves from the first step: 1) The First Stage: A Calculated Start We started with a flock of breeder hens from our own production, whose development we supervised at all stages until they laid eggs of good size and excellent health, praise be to Allah. 2) The Second Stage: An Ideal Breeding Environment We designed and built a distinctive coop using the best available healthy materials, allowing for the entry of air and natural sunlight which enriches the eggs (with Vitamin D). We chose a galvanized wire mesh floor despite its high cost, preferring it over the cheaper plastic alternative to avoid potential harm from birds pecking at it. We also made sure to raise the coop off the ground to avoid the most prominent problems of traditional ground-based raising and to provide a healthy and safe environment for the poultry. 3) The Third Stage: Calculated Organic Nutrition We adopted an organic feeding system as much as possible, balanced and based on a composition rich in beneficial grains such as millet, yellow corn, Arasqua laying feed, and Qassim black seeds.
