For sale: A rest house located south of Mecca, on the Al-Khawajat line in Umm Doha.
Area: 750 square meters, on two 15-meter streets. It's the first block and the first plot in the plan. It's registered on the Ehkam platform since its inception, with a 70-ampere electricity meter in my name as the owner. It's very close to the Al-Khawajat line. The rest house has a reinforced concrete yard and is divided into two sections: men's and women's.
Women's Section:
Consists of a popular house with two rooms, a hall, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The finishing is personal and uses the finest materials for both electricity and plumbing. It has a dropped gypsum ceiling and an American hangar, approximately ten years old. Praise be to God, no water leaks. It's a well-maintained property with a large backyard and a closed storage room.
Men's Section:
Includes a men's reception hall with a private bathroom and a raised, tiled seating area. It has a large yard with interlocking pavers throughout. There is also an isolated guard room with its own bathroom, planting basins, and decorative trees and palm trees.
The rest house, my brothers, is ready for occupancy. It has furniture, air conditioning, and a fitted kitchen. It has never been rented out; it was personally used by me and my family. It cost me a lot, and now, due to certain circumstances, it is offered for sale. I am the owner. Brokers are not allowed, and this is the first time it's being offered for sale.
One last point: the area is in its final stages of becoming part of the urban sprawl. Once its title deed is issued, prices will skyrocket. The neighbors are among the best people; no noise or problems. For ten years, praise be to God, I have seen nothing but good. I leave you with the pictures. The sale is for cash or exchange for a car of a modern model, comparable in price to the rest house. Only serious buyers should inquire. The sale is at the asking price (250,000 Saudi Riyals), negotiable reasonably, of course.
