Tasks and Responsibilities: Managing the daily showroom front and direct interaction with customers Executing sales operations and achieving sales goals ; Operating the cash register, executing payment transactions, and issuing invoices Executing daily financial closing (cash count, receipt collection, network reconciliation) Handling exchanges and returns according to approved policies ; Receiving customers and organizing workflow within the showroom ; Organizing the showroom and ensuring daily readiness and discipline Resolving customer issues and working to raise their satisfaction level
