We are looking for points of sale that can handle preparation and delivery for delivery applications. The brand needs to expand through sales points that will manage (preparation + delivery) in exchange for a percentage of sales, as we have noticed a repeated demand from customers in other areas for cookies. Important Note: The attached image is indicative and not the actual product‼ Target cities: (Riyadh - Jeddah - Abha or Khamis Mushait) Cookie Features: - 6 unique flavors that have been well-received by many customers. - No pre-made fillings are used in the cookies; all fillings are prepared in our labs from scratch to ensure flavor richness and authenticity + the best nutritional value for the consumer. - Free from GMOs. - Free from artificial flavors and colors. - Free from hydrogenated oils. - Free from trans fats. - 95% of the flavors are free of preservatives. - Elegant and organized packaging provided by the brand, and the product is sold under the producer brand name. - The dough can be stored for over two and a half months in the freezer and baked only upon receiving orders. Before contracting, the following equipment must be purchased if not already available: - Unox small oven costing 4000 SAR. - A special freezer for the product (to ensure the product is not affected by other products) costing 2000 SAR. - A cart for trays after baking the cookies (prices start from 600 to 1500 SAR). - A cookie packaging machine after baking (2300 to 2900 SAR), which can be replaced by paper packaging. Requirements from the point of sale upon receiving any orders are to: - Take the cookies out of the freezer in the requested quantity for each flavor. - Bake them in the oven. - Package them after cooling. - Place them inside the packaging bag. - Hand them over to the delivery person upon their arrival. The percentage will be uniform for all parties and calculated as follows: (cost + third-party percentage) + delivery application percentage + tax percentage = final selling price for the customer. There will be a contract required between the two parties with a duration of one year, which can be renewed annually if both parties desire. If the owner of the point of sale wishes to terminate the contractual relationship, they must notify the company 60 days in advance to avoid penalties that may affect both parties. The product will not be displayed and sold directly to customers at the location of the point of sale unless agreed upon with the producing company. It is only sold to directed customers wishing to purchase the product. We may agree on a specific mechanism that suits both parties for displaying and selling the product. The main brand will market the product, and customers will be directed to the point of sale for pickup, or the delivery person will pick up the order and deliver it.
