We are looking for points of preparation and delivery for delivery applications. The brand needs to expand through sales points that will handle (preparation and delivery) in exchange for a percentage of sales, as we have noticed repeated demand from customers in other areas for the cookies. **Note:** The attached image is indicative and not of the actual product‼ **Targeted cities:** Riyadh, Jeddah, Abha, or Khamis Mushait. **Cookie Features:** - 6 unique flavors that have received positive feedback from many customers. - No pre-made fillings are used in the cookies; all fillings are prepared in-house from scratch to ensure flavor authenticity and the best nutritional value for the consumer. - Free from genetically modified ingredients. - Free from artificial flavors and colors. - Free from hydrogenated oils. - Free from trans fats. - 95% of the flavors are free from preservatives. - Elegant and organized packaging is provided by the brand, and the product is sold under the name of the producing brand. - The dough can be stored for more than 2.5 months in the freezer and baked only when orders are received. **Before contracting, these equipment must be purchased if not available:** - Small Unox oven at a cost of 4000 SAR. - A dedicated freezer for the product (to protect it from being affected by other products) at a cost of 2000 SAR. - A cart for trays after baking the cookies (prices start from 600 to 1500 SAR). - A machine for packaging the cookies after baking (costs between 2300 to 2900 SAR). This machine can be replaced with paper packaging. **Requirements from the sales point for any order:** - Take the cookies out of the freezer with the required number of pieces from each flavor. - Bake them in the oven. - Package them once cooled. - Place them in the packaging bag. - Deliver them to the delivery representative upon their arrival. **Percentage:** A uniform percentage for all parties will be calculated as follows: (cost + third-party percentage) + delivery application percentage + tax percentage = final selling price to the customer. A necessary contract will exist between both parties with a duration of one year and will be renewed annually if both parties agree. If the sales point owner wishes to terminate the contractual relationship, they must notify the company of the intent to terminate 60 days prior to avoid any penalty clauses that may arise for both parties. **Target Audience for this Announcement:** - Café owners of all types. - Cloud restaurant owners. - Bakery and cloud café owners. - Owners of home production stores. The product is not to be displayed and sold directly to customers at the location of the sales point owner unless agreed upon with the producing company. The main brand will market the product, and customers will be directed to the sales point for pickup, or the representative will receive the order and deliver it.
