Lory pair for breeding. The pair eats wet nectar, pellets, and occasionally some fruits. Update 11/5/2026: By the grace of God, the pair laid two fertilized eggs. Update 1/6/2026: The two eggs disappeared from the nest, likely due to the pair eating the eggs. Currently giving them a course of calcium then vitamins. Update 20/6/2026: The pair laid two fertilized eggs. One was moved to the incubator and the second remained with the pair. Update 4/7/2026: The egg in the nest disappeared, likely due to the pair eating it. It was replaced with a plastic egg, and we are waiting for the egg in the incubator to hatch. Update 7/7/2026: The chick hatched from the egg in the incubator and was returned to the pair, but there were no signs of incubation from the pair. Update 17/7/2026: The pair laid two fertilized eggs. A plastic egg was added and left with the pair along with a course of calcium and vitamins. The cage location was changed. Update 7/8/2026: An egg hatched and the chick is with the pair, and incubation by the pair is being monitored. *For your information, the pair might be eating the eggs due to fear because the cage is in an open aviary for Rosellas.
