In the name of Allah, peace be upon you. We are a luxury chocolate brand specializing in chocolate products. Recently, we launched a cookie production line featuring 6 unique flavors, and we are looking for fulfillment + delivery points for delivery applications. The brand needs to expand through sales points that will handle (fulfillment + delivery) in exchange for a percentage of sales, as we have noticed repeated demand from customers in other areas for our cookies. Note: The attached image is illustrative and not a picture of the actual product‼ Target cities: (Riyadh - Jeddah - Abha or Khamis Mushait) Cookie Features: - 6 unique flavors that have been well-received by many customers. - No pre-made fillings are used in the cookies; all fillings are prepared in our factories from scratch to ensure deliciousness and authenticity of flavor + the best nutritional value for consumers. - Free from genetically modified ingredients. - Free from artificial flavors and colors. - Free from hydrogenated oils. - Free from trans fats. - 95% of flavors are free from preservatives. - The packaging is elegant and organized and is provided by the brand, with the product sold under the brand name. - The dough can be stored for more than two and a half months in the freezer and baked only when an order is received. Before the contract, the following equipment must be purchased if not already available: - Unox small oven costing 4000 SAR - Special freezer for the product (to ensure product safety from being affected by other products) costing 2000 SAR - Trolley for trays after baking the cookies (prices start from 600 to 1500 SAR) - Cookie wrapping machine after cooking (2300 to 2900 SAR) which can be replaced with paper packaging. Requirements from the sales point in case of any order: - Remove the cookies from the freezer in the required quantities of each flavor - Bake them in the oven - Wrap them after cooling - Place them in the packaging bag - Deliver them to the delivery person upon arrival Percentage: This will be uniform for all parties and calculated as follows: (cost + third-party percentage) + percentage for delivery apps + tax percentage = final selling price to the customer. There will be a necessary contract between both parties for a duration of one year, which will be renewed annually if both parties wish. If the sales point owner wishes to terminate the contract, they must inform the company 60 days in advance to avoid penalties that may arise for both parties. Target categories for this announcement: - Cafe owners of all types - Cloud restaurant owners - Bakery and cloud cafe owners - Owners of home-based businesses The product will not be displayed or sold directly to customers at the sales point's premises unless previously coordinated with the producing company. It will only be sold to directed customers purchasing the product. We may agree on a specific mechanism that suits both parties for displaying and selling the product. The main brand will market the product, and customers will be directed to the sales point for collection, or the delivery person will collect the order and deliver it.
