Job Responsibilities: Full supervision of the farm and stud's management and operation. Monitoring the care of horses, livestock (sheep of all kinds), and birds. Supervising workers, organizing daily work, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance. Managing fodder, monitoring consumption, and organizing feeding. Monitoring the feeding of young livestock and birds to ensure healthy growth. Developing production within the farm and working to increase productivity. Developing and growing income sources for the farm and stud. Supervising sales operations and revenue collection. Monitoring operational expenses and submitting reports to management. Coordinating with the veterinarian when needed and monitoring animal health. Requirements: Previous experience in managing farms or horse studs. Knowledge of horse, livestock, and bird husbandry.
