Contact via WhatsApp Production Management Appoint Technician Tasks and Responsibilities: 1/ Planning and scheduling production for the galvanizing, painting, and packaging department. 2/ Rearranging the production line and workflow to facilitate handling. 3/ Mixing the galvanizing solution, adjusting the required concentrations, and calibrating the tanks at specific time intervals. 4/ Supervising galvanizing and painting operations (powder – liquid) and ensuring product quality according to specifications. 5/ Purchase requests for required raw materials and determining technical specifications and quantities. 6/ Managing the work team, dividing tasks and shifts to achieve the required productivity. 7/ Supervising the product packaging process until delivery to the warehouse management. 8/ Preparing daily and monthly production reports. Required Qualifications: 1/ Chemical Engineering graduate. Or an experienced technician in the same field 2/ Experience in painting and galvanizing operations of no less than three years. 3/ High technical knowledge of galvanizing, adjusting concentrations, and calibrating tanks. 4/ Knowledge of operating painting ovens, inspection processes, and product quality control. 5/ Leadership skills in managing work teams. 6/ Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
