Job Description:
The company announces its need to hire a Quality Coordinator to work within the Quality Management Department, responsible for supporting and implementing quality systems, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, and contributing to the continuous improvement of performance according to quality requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the application of the quality management system according to ISO 9001 standards
- Preparing and updating quality policies, procedures, and forms
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with quality requirements
- Participating in planning and executing internal audits
- Following up on corrective and preventive actions
- Preparing quality reports and submitting them to management
- Contributing to process improvement and enhancing performance efficiency
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field
- Preferably having practical experience in the quality field (preferably 1-3 years)
- Knowledge or practical experience in ISO 9001 system is preferred
- Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs
