The conditions are as follows: 1- No commercial records 2- A score of 750 or higher for men; a score of 800 or higher for women 3- No outstanding debts or overdue payments 4- Age must be between 25 and 45 5- Must not be a (civil or military retiree); meaning they must not have retired yet 6- Must not be a (government or private sector employee); and must not have a commercial record, existing debts with banks, a citizen account, or guarantee 7- No security restrictions or pending or prior criminal cases 8- Must not have service suspensions 9- No outstanding traffic violations 10- Must not receive a pension
