But I don't have cash, and I found it outside Saudi Arabia for about 40,000. If anyone knows a company that can build it for me and I can pay them in installments of 1,000 riyals every month, or if someone can lend me money and take 1,000 riyals from me every month until they are guaranteed their rights (I can register my car in their name).
