My job responsibilities are as follows: - Recording daily entries and following up on accounting operations for all activities. - Managing supplier and customer accounts and monitoring financial receivables. - Monitoring and analyzing operational costs (raw materials, labor, maintenance, etc.). - Preparing accurate reports that outline the performance of the activity, highlighting strengths and weaknesses, along with providing recommendations and solutions. - Reconciling bank accounts and matching them with the system while monitoring daily cash flow. - Reviewing and matching invoices and expenses and settling them while archiving supporting documents in the used system and providing necessary recommendations to rationalize expenses. - Preparing tax reports (value-added tax, zakat, and withholding tax) according to regulations. - Preparing and submitting zero financial statements for micro limited liability companies. - Preparing and submitting comprehensive financial statements for companies.
