My job responsibilities include the following: - Recording daily entries and following up on accounting operations for all activities. - Managing supplier and customer accounts and monitoring financial receivables. - Monitoring and analyzing operating costs (raw materials, labor, maintenance, etc.). - Preparing accurate reports detailing the activity's performance, highlighting strengths and weaknesses, and providing recommendations and solutions. - Reconciling bank accounts and matching them with the system while monitoring daily cash. - Reviewing and matching invoices and expenses, settling them, archiving the supporting documents in the system used, and providing necessary recommendations to rationalize expenses. - Preparing tax reports (Value Added Tax, Zakat, and Withholding Tax) according to regulations. - Preparing and filing zero financial statements for micro limited liability companies. - Preparing and filing comprehensive financial statements for companies.
