A French military historical document dated 1718/01/30, titled "Memorandum in the form of a list regarding the supply of troops," specifying how to manage food for the French troops led by Marshal Duke de Villars. (Claude Louis Hector de Villars), a French soldier and diplomat, born May 8, 1653, in Mils (Kingdom of France), and died June 17, 1734, in Turin (Kingdom of Sardinia). He held the position of Marshal of France (1702), Duke of France (1705), Peer of France (1709), President of the War Council (1715-1718), and in 1733 was promoted to the rank of General Marshal of the King's Camps and Armies.
