• Full supervision of restaurant operations, ensuring high efficiency.
• Managing the team and organizing schedules.
• Monitoring quality and customer service to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Inventory and cost control, and waste reduction.
• Submitting periodic reports to management and achieving sales targets.
🔹 Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management and operations.
• Leadership skills and good interaction with staff and customers.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
• Ability to work under pressure.
