Announcement for Renting an Administrative and Operational Building (Long-Term Contract) A leading company in the Hajj and Umrah services sector announces its desire to rent a complete building (an entire structure) in Makkah to serve as an administrative and operational headquarters for the company's sectors and work teams during the Hajj and Umrah seasons, according to the following specifications and conditions: First: Required Specifications • A building consisting of approximately 15 to 20 units. • Each unit consists of: • 4 rooms suitable for use as offices or operational departments. • Provision of a suitable infrastructure for administrative operations, including: • Electricity and air conditioning • Elevators • Safety and security requirements Second: Condition of Full Building Handover: It is required that the lease be on the basis of handing over the entire building to the company, such that: • The owner does not retain any unit or apartment within the building. • No part of the building is excluded for private use. • The building is at the company's disposal operationally and administratively for the entire contract duration. Third: Targeted Locations and Neighborhoods: It is required that the building be located in one of the following neighborhoods in the city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah: • Al-Naseem neighborhood • Batha Quraish neighborhood • Al-Subhani neighborhood With a preference for locations close to main roads and public services.
