• Review and audit all financial operations financially and regulatorily, and ensure the accuracy of attachments, signatures, approvals, and calculations.
• Prepare reconciliations for the company's accounts with suppliers, customers, and related parties.
• Follow up on the company's dues and record them, whether for suppliers or other parties.
• Enter accrual entries and necessary accounting data.
• Prepare the required statements for the final accounts and the balance sheet, and prepare adjustment entries.
• Prepare the required statements for budgeting and compare actuals with estimates.
• Follow up on financial advances held by employees and ensure their settlement on time.
• Review and financially audit all payroll operations.
• Prepare payroll accrual entries.
• Make bank transfers and issue checks.
• Periodically reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare part of the financial analysis of the company's position and prepare financial reports for presentation to managers and to participate in decision-making.
• Prepare tax-related reports.
• Prepare the trial balance.
• Participate in the preparation of the budget and financial statements.
