A program that supports job seekers to motivate them to enter the labor market, by providing financial assistance for 15 months starting with an amount of 2000 SAR, in addition to providing a set of training and employment services to help them find a job. The program targets job seekers who are entering the labor market within the first two years of completing education or training, and those who have been absent from the labor market for more than two years. Support Mechanism: The duration of allowance disbursement is (15) months, and the support amount during this period is as follows: 2000 SAR monthly for (4) months 1500 SAR monthly for (4) months 1000 SAR monthly for (4) months 750 SAR monthly for (3) months A job seeker registered in the program automatically benefits by linking their profile with the Fund's branches and centers, e-training programs, and other services. Eligibility Requirements: The job seeker must meet the following eligibility criteria: 1. Be of Saudi nationality. 2. Reside permanently in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a period of not less than (10) months during the application period or during the allowance disbursement period. 3. Be able to work and be serious about seeking employment. 4. Be within the age group of (20-40) years. 5. Not be employed or working in the public or private sector. 6. Not be receiving a retirement pension. 7. Not be receiving any allowance or compensation for unemployment. 8. Not be receiving a social security pension. 9. Not be a student or trainee at any stage of education or training. 10. Not have a commercial activity. 11. Monthly income or wealth does not exceed the threshold for receiving the allowance. 12. Not have previously benefited from the job search allowance or the financial allowance for difficulty in finding work. The application may be accepted for those who have previously benefited, provided that the total previous and subsequent disbursement period does not exceed the specified allowance disbursement period of fifteen months. The application must be submitted within one of the following two periods: • Within (24) months from the end date of training or education. • After (24) months from the end date of employment for those who have previously worked.
