I made a mistake with an order from the roastery. I wanted to order for the V60, and I contacted them. They said they can't take it back because I opened the box. The kettle is literally brand new, still in its plastic wrap. Come and check it yourself if it's not new, then don't take it. I bought it for 525 after a discount code.
