I am looking for a job opportunity in the field of Human Resources or Administrative Affairs in the Eastern Province (Dammam – Khobar – Dhahran).
I am registered as a person with special needs, and this counts as four Saudis in the scope with an alignment certificate.
I have practical experience in managing HR operations for over 100 employees, and my responsibilities include:
• Managing contracts and updates via the Qiwa platform
• Following up on Social Insurance (GOSI) and managing employee files
• Dealing with Mudad platform and payroll
• Iqama (renewing residencies, visas, and transferring services)
• Monitoring Saudization and improving compliance rates according to the requirements of the Ministry of Human Resources
• Calculating end-of-service benefits according to Article (84) of the Saudi Labor Law
• Issuing official letters and managing administrative documents and files
• Monitoring leaves, deductions, and work discipline
I also have previous experience in procurement and logistical coordination, and I am proficient in using ERP systems and advanced Office programs.
