Peace be upon you. All companies are obligated to upload financial statements on the Lists Platform according to the new Companies Law. I will prepare a draft of your financial statements and upload them for you through the Lists Platform. (Payment after I upload them for you) The initial price varies depending on the size of the trial balance. If two of the following three conditions are met, the company can upload the financial statements directly without the need to appoint an external auditor: 1- Assets less than 10 million 2- Revenues less than 10 million 3- Number of employees less than 50 employees Work requirements: 1- Send the trial balance 2- Have a subscription to the Chamber of Commerce for the purpose of certifying the letter of non-applicability of the auditor appointment requirement.
