Item 1: Interior Design Solutions and Visual Identity (3D Design) Our scope of work includes providing an integrated package of architectural and aesthetic solutions that ensure an exceptional visitor experience, including: Space Plans (2D Layout): A precise study of the distribution of spaces (seating, bar area, kitchen, and services) to ensure smooth flow and maximum utilization of available spaces. 3D Modeling and Visualization: Providing high-resolution realistic shots (Renders) that reflect the visual identity, clarifying material details, color combinations, and lighting distribution, in addition to an innovative design for the Branding Wall area. Technical Board: Preparing the Mood Board and execution plans that accurately show material specifications and the locations for distributing air conditioning and lighting units.
