Key Responsibilities 1. Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, reference checks). 2. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures. 3.Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts and employee files. 4. Operate and manage government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and GOSI. 5. Process Iqama issuance, renewal, final exit, and re-entry visas. 6. Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies. 7.Monitor Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and workforce compliance. 8. Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation. 9. Handle employee relations matters and support conflict resolution. 10. Assist in developing and improving HR policies and procedures. 11. Support payroll preparation and end-of-service benefit calculations. 12. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements 1. Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Experience Minimum 3 years of HR experience. Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government procedures. 3.Technical Skills Proficiency in Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and GOSI systems. Experience handling work permits, Iqama processes, and visa services. Familiar with Saudization regulations (Nitaqat). 4.Language Skills Fluent in Arabic (required). Good command of English (required). Chinese language is a plus (for Chinese-invested companies). 5.Personal Attributes Strong communication and organizational skills. High level of responsibility and professionalism. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
