Brief overview of experiences:
*Clothing and Tailoring Project: By the grace of God, this is an investment and vital project that caters to all ages, eras, and locations. It involves the manufacturing, distribution, import, and export of clothing.
We start first with manufacturing, such as:
- Manufacturing men's clothing
- Manufacturing women's clothing
- Manufacturing children's clothing
- Manufacturing baby clothes
- Manufacturing uniforms
This is divided into:
- Company employee uniforms
- Hotel employee uniforms
- Restaurant employee uniforms
- Hospital employee uniforms
- Nursing and medical staff uniforms
Each of these categories has its own concept.
Manufacturing, then wholesale sales, then retail sales.
Along with creating your own brand.
For each category, a specific capital must be allocated to choose which segment you want to operate in.
For example:
For children's clothing, cleanliness and quality are paramount, followed by the material and then the finishing.
You can choose the segment you want to work on with all your effort to succeed.
*Uniform Project: This project is a huge investment that helps in gradual growth.
First:
Prepare official documents to activate the uniform foundation.
1. Choose a location to establish an office with a warehouse nearby.
2. Obtain the license and tax card for the foundation.
3. Contract with an executive manager with high experience in the clothing field in general and uniforms in particular. It is preferable that their responsibilities include full knowledge of model tailoring.
4. Activate a commercial bank account in the name of the foundation.
5. Have a dedicated van (for goods) for the foundation.
6. Have 2 representatives: a field representative and an online representative.
7. Create special branded tags for the foundation. Woven tags for trousers and jackets, and sublimation or transfer printed tags for t-shirts.
8. Create invoices for the foundation.
9. Contract with a high-quality uniform factory, known only to the executive manager. It is preferable to contract with more than one factory due to large quantities.
Then, work and dedication.
Focus on quality. Know that high quality is the secret to your success.
Quality, then quality, then quality.
*T-shirt Brand Project: A distinctive and purposeful project.
Start from scratch.
First, consider the fabric.
Summer fabrics are usually cotton.
1. Polyvar fabric: This is the heaviest cotton fabric, with a yarn count of 20/1.
2. Parsola fabric: Available in 30/1 yarn count (lighter) and 24/1 yarn count (slightly heavier).
3. Single Lycra fabric: The weave is 30/1. Lycra yarn (70) is added, which is the highest preparation for branded fabrics.
4. Single Full Lycra: The weave is 36/1 - 40/1. This is the lightest fabric, similar to butter fabric, and must contain Lycra yarn (70).
5. Pique Cotton fabric: This is a textured fabric with a low percentage of Lycra. It is used for polo shirts.
This is the highest preparation for summer cotton fabrics.
Of course, there are popular fabrics, such as 50/50 blends, and Spun, which I do not recommend working with.
