I submitted an initial request and they gave me an amount, but there was an unclear issue with it. The initial request period ended, so I submitted again, and the amount decreased to about half. After calling, they said the reason was the lack of seriousness in the first request. I want the initial amount that had the issue, or if anyone has any advice, please let me know. Thank you.
