The scooter is, by God, new and I haven't used it. It comes with its charger. It has 3 speeds and a control app for operation, lighting, and everything. Its speed is 30. The reason for selling is that it's not the one I wanted, and the scooter cannot be returned. Please do not haggle, knowing that I bought it for 900.
