The center's fees are on his account, and the inspection report is sent to his phone in PDF format. 4- I transfer the car ownership to the buyer in his name without his presence and ship the car to his city of residence. 5- My commission is a fixed 300 SAR, to be transferred before inspecting the car, to avoid embarrassment, whether the car is purchased or not.
