Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and make all types of coffee such as espresso, latte, cappuccino, and mocha according to quality standards. Operate and calibrate the coffee machine and grinder correctly. Prepare cold and hot beverages according to the cafe's recipes. Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, tools, and equipment. Greet customers and provide excellent service that reflects the cafe's image. Monitor the inventory of coffee beans, milk, and supplies, and report shortages to the supervisor.
