Peace be upon you, Near the specified location, there are cats in a bad condition with widespread fungal infections and malnutrition. They do not appear to be stray cats, but rather seem to have been neglected or are escapees. I was unable to take a picture, but they can be easily identified when you go to the location. I hope this announcement finds a kind person to treat them.
