It is preferable that their responsibilities include complete knowledge of model tailoring. 4- Activating a commercial bank account in the name of the institution. 5- Having a dedicated van (for goods) for the institution. 6- Having 2 representatives: a field representative and an online representative. 7- Creating special branded tickets for the institution: Woven labels for trousers and jackets, and sublimation or transfer printing labels for T-shirts. 8- Creating invoices for the institution. 9- Contracting with a high-quality uniform factory, known only to the executive director. It is preferable to contract with more than one factory due to large quantities. Then, work and dedication, with a focus on quality. Know that high quality is the secret to your success. Quality, then quality, then quality. *T-shirt Brand Project: A distinctive and purposeful project. Start from scratch. First, get an idea about the fabric. First: Summer fabrics are usually cotton. 1- Poly-velvet fabric is the heaviest cotton fabric, with a yarn count of 20/1. 2- Parsola fabric: It comes in a lighter 30/1 yarn count and a slightly heavier 24/1 yarn count. 3- Single Lycra fabric: The weave is 30/1, and Lycra yarn (70 count) is added. This is the highest preparation for branded fabrics. 4- Single Full Lycra: The weave is 36/1 - 40/1, which is the lightest fabric, similar to butter fabric, and must include Lycra yarn (70 count). 5- Pique Cotton fabric: It is a textured fabric with a low Lycra content. Polo shirts are made from this. This is the highest preparation for summer cotton fabrics.
