It is preferable that their responsibilities include full knowledge of model tailoring. 4- Activate a commercial bank account in the name of the institution. 5- Have a dedicated van (for goods) for the institution. 6- Have 2 representatives: a field representative and an online representative. 7- Create a special branded ticket for the institution. Woven label for trousers and jackets, and sublimation or transfer printing label for t-shirts. 8- Create invoices for the institution. 9- Contract with a high-quality uniform factory, known only to the executive director. First: Summer fabric is usually cotton. 1- Polyvar fabric is the heaviest cotton fabric, with a yarn count of 20/1. 2- Parsola fabric: It comes in a lighter 30/1 yarn count and a slightly heavier 24/1 yarn count. 3- Single Lycra fabric: The weave is 30/1, and Lycra yarn (70) is added. This is the highest preparation for branded fabrics. 4- Single Full Lycra: The weave is 36/1 - 40/1, which is the lightest fabric, similar to butter fabric, and must contain Lycra yarn (70). 5- Pique Cotton fabric: It is a textured fabric with a low percentage of Lycra. Polo shirts are made from it. This is the highest preparation for summer cotton fabrics. Of course, there are common fabrics, 50/50 blends, and spun fabrics, which I do not recommend working with.
