When the disc goes in, it goes in slowly, and when it comes out, it comes out slowly. Third thing: The fan is loud, but this is normal for the regular PS4. The fan sound starts like knocking, then becomes like a jet engine. ChatGPT said the fan needs to be replaced or the thermal paste needs to be replaced.
