We will start a sewage line project near Riyadh, and we want to hire one (1) Surveyor and one (1) Supervisor on a full-time basis. The requirements are listed below: 2. Scope of Work 2.1. Marketing-related matters 2.1.1. Resource Provision (Labor, Materials, Equipment, etc.): As needed in the project, using existing personal, community, and internal relationship channels, suppliers, subcontractors, and sufficient sources are provided to help the internal tender procedures proceed well, and to achieve the goal of cost control for each item in the end. 2.1.2. Limited time frame. 2.2. Schedule-related tasks: 2.2.1. P6 System Operation: Ability to initiate the schedule plan using the P6 system for a specific project, with necessary assistance from other disciplines. 2.2.2. Comprehensive Resource Uplift: Ability to easily check cost consistency at any stage of the activity (preliminary cost control data provided by another party). 2.2.3. Progress Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly track actual work completed against the planned schedule, identify any delays or deviations, and analyze their potential impact on the project completion date. 2.2.4. Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare progress reports and forecasts to provide a clear picture of the project status. 2.3. Site-related tasks: 2.3.1. Initial Site Analysis: Review the project's soil report to confirm the need for soil stabilization (shoring). 2.3.2. Site Calibration and Control: Perform site preparation activities such as calibration, establishing benchmarks, and setting up fixed reference points (benchmarks) to ensure the accuracy of all measurements. 2.3.3. Site Location (Surveying): Translate design coordinates from drawings to the actual site by accurately locating and leveling and planning for construction using instruments such as theodolites, GPS, Total Stations, and Levels. 2.3.4. As-Built Documentation and Drawings: Maintain detailed field records, verify the accuracy of executed works, and update project drawings "as-built" to reflect any changes made during construction. 2.3.5. Coordination: Work directly with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to clarify layout requirements and resolve any dimensional discrepancies appearing in the drawings. 2.3.6. Subcontractor Guidance: Guide the subcontractor to use the correct method for executing their scope of work.
