It's clean, new, and I haven't used it much. I got it for the gym, but I stopped going to the gym and didn't use it. Its sound is very loud and it has noise cancellation that isolates sound completely. You can turn it on and off. There's a touch feature and an app for the headphones called soundcore to control it and adjust the sound. It's excellent, and the headphones are new.
