The device is clean and has no issues, but it does not come with cables or controllers. The device is sold as is. You'll need to add about 70 SAR to its price to get a controller, power cable, and controller charger. The selling price is 150 SAR, non-negotiable. I've reduced the price by 100 SAR for the missing parts.
