Ad Type: Looking for a job Experience Level: Senior Contract Type: Full-time Qualification: Bachelor Tasks - Recording daily entries: Documenting all financial transactions such as purchases, sales, expenses, and revenues. - Preparing bank reconciliations: Matching company records with bank statements to ensure the accuracy of balances. - Following up on accounts receivable and payable: Monitoring customer dues and supplier amounts, and scheduling payments and collections. - Preparing financial statements — such as the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. - Managing fixed assets — Recording assets, calculating depreciation, and monitoring their useful life. - Preparing periodic reports: Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management. - Monitoring expenses — Ensuring the accuracy of expenses and their compliance with financial policies. - Preparing payroll: Calculating salaries, allowances, deductions, and ensuring record accuracy. - Complying with tax regulations — Preparing tax returns (such as VAT and Zakat) and ensuring compliance with regulations. - Coordinating with auditors: Providing required documents and responding to internal and external audit comments. - Managing cash flows: Monitoring liquidity and forecasting cash needs
