Public Services and Electronic Follow-up Employee Required
We are looking for a skilled and experienced employee in completing electronic government services and follow-up, to work in a public services office.
Full knowledge of government platforms and completing transactions accurately and quickly is required.
Tasks:
• Executing services through electronic government platforms.
• Completing transactions for various government entities.
• Following up on requests until they are fully completed.
• Dealing with clients and providing appropriate solutions to complete their transactions.
Requirements:
• Practical experience in sites such as: Absher, Qawa, Najiz, Baladi, Muqeem, Madad, and other government platforms.
• Complete knowledge of follow-up procedures and transaction completion.
• Ability to complete work quickly and accurately.
• Ability to withstand work pressure and deal well with clients.
