A small establishment operating in the logistics and general freight business announces its need for an administrative and financial follow-up employee. Proficiency in Excel is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Following up on collections
- Following up on and renewing residencies
- Submitting tax returns
- Following up on invoices and expenses
- Financially following up on vehicle maintenance
- Following up on real estate collections
- Creating and managing an integrated accounting system on Excel, including:
- Automatic linking between inputs, trial balance, and income statement
- Preparing an interactive Dashboard
- Using advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS
- Creating VBA buttons for posting, printing, and resetting data
- Data protection and error prevention
Working Hours: 10 hours daily
Work Location:
Makkah Al-Mukarramah
Al-Shouqiyah
Salary:
- 2000 SAR during the probation period
- After passing the probation and proving competence, we will agree on the salary.
Conditions:
- Valid residency for at least 6 months
- Previous experience in preparing accounting systems on Excel
- Seriousness, commitment, and ability to withstand work pressure
