This is done by opening the top lid and filling it with cold water up to the "Calibration line" mark. Then press the "Mode" button. Several options will appear. Just press the "Mode" button until you reach the "Calibrate" option. Then press the up or down button until you reach your city's altitude above sea level, approximately 70 meters higher or lower. This step is very important to ensure the best extraction and a strong, delicious coffee taste, and this feature is not available in any other machine, meaning here you guarantee stability always. Use your favorite recipe for a cup of coffee, including the amount of grams, water, and grind. We will explain how to prepare the full quantity. We suggest using 60 to 70 grams of coffee, then a relatively coarse grind for the filter inside the machine and a slightly less coarse grind for the paper filter. Add the coffee inside the filter. Open the top lid and fill the water up to the last mark or line suggested by the machine in front of you. Press the "Mode" button and select your preferred time for automatic brewing for future times, then select the pre-soaking duration, and we suggest 30 seconds, then select the water temperature, which varies depending on the coffee, but a range of 88-92 is suitable. After finishing the selections, press the "Start" button. After pressing start, the machine will heat the water to the temperature you selected, then the pre-soaking process, then the dripping process, and it will finish and notify you with sound and image.
