- Full responsibility for the daily operation of all operational areas
- Scheduling expenses; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; increasing financial income.
- Managing all controllable costs to maintain operational profitability
- Communicating with vendors and shippers to ensure uninterrupted supply of required materials.
- Managing inventory levels and making key decisions regarding inventory control
- Working alongside on-site restaurant managers to achieve continuous efficiency and cost savings.
- Identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing a relationship with them.
Potential and actual customers to understand service requirements.
- Organizing promotions, offers, and special events
- Handling employee issues such as interviewing potential employees, providing training, monitoring employee performance, increasing employee productivity
