These are safety certificates. Drivers and equipment cannot enter sites without these certificates. The driver must have a heavy equipment driving safety license to be able to drive the equipment and enter the site with it. As for the equipment, it must be inspected before entering the site and obtain a TUV safety certificate stating that it is ready for operation. Without TUV safety certificates, the equipment and drivers cannot work on the sites.
