Ford Marquis 1999. Mileage on the odometer: 520,000 km.
Engine replaced with one that has 230,000 km. Overall car rating: 80%.
Car has been fully serviced with all original parts.
Engine: Both crankshaft seals and the transmission seal have been replaced, along with tensioners, timing chains, and the entire engine front cover. The engine is clean and the valve stem seals were replaced due to oil leakage, which caused smoke from the exhaust. Praise be to God, after this maintenance, the engine condition after inspection is 88%.
Suspension: The car's suspension is good. There are very light noises from the front due to the brake pads. All American-made brake pads have been replaced, along with a full set of American brake pads. Four Monroe shock absorbers have been replaced, and most of the parts in the car's undercarriage have been replaced. Praise be to God, its condition is good.
The rear control arms, upper and lower, have had their bushings replaced.
The differential came apart while I was driving due to a wheel bearing. A clean, imported differential was purchased for 1600 SAR.
Interior: The original seats need polishing but are presentable. There is only one tear on the driver's seat. Everything in the car works according to the factory system, and all buttons are functioning well, except for the front passenger door window, which goes down quickly but is slow to go up and needs lubrication. The dashboard on the passenger side is slightly cracked.
Body: The car has been fully repainted, and the paint job is good for a user. The chassis is sound, praise be to God. The car had a hit on the right side, and the airbags deployed. It also had a light hit from the rear, causing only scratches on the bumper and exhaust, which was pushed forward and adjusted. It also had a side scrape on the left due to a truck while it was parked, affecting the doors, and these have been adjusted.
The lighting computer has been replaced and is clean, but it needs a specialist to replace an internal fuse. It's a simple job that costs about 50 SAR, but I haven't had the time for it.
The steering wheel clock spring was replaced for 400 SAR. It's clean, and everything works. The horn was upgraded with a Malaysian set, and it sounds beautiful.
Two Pioneer speakers and two Kenwood speakers were installed, among the best speakers, with good sound 👌🏼
The car has just been fully serviced with spark plugs, oil, and filters. It's ready from top to bottom.
Car's shortcomings: The cruise control was working before the hit. It needs inspection and cleaning of its buttons or module, costing about 50 SAR.
It needs a full set of upper and lower ball joints. I was going to get them, but I haven't had the time for the suspension. Original factory ones cost 800 SAR, and Mexican ones cost 370 SAR new.
The rear tires are new, installed less than three months ago.
The car is factory-spec, untouched, praise be to God, with original mufflers. The car's fuel consumption is excellent, especially for a V8 engine. For those with a light foot, they will enjoy the fuel economy. A full tank costs 140 SAR, and it goes 500 km in the city and over 650 km on the highway easily. The car is a Canadian import with a single exhaust and is clean. Whoever buys it and takes care of it will thank me.
And whoever wants to pamper the car can repaint its bumpers, and it will be beautiful.
I offered the car before repairs on Haraj Al Taif for 7000 SAR.
After repairs, it was appraised at 12,000 SAR. The price differs with the license plate.
My final price is 13,000 SAR without the license plate 🔴
And may God have mercy on your parents, dealers are not welcome. The car is for the end-user.
(And do not deprive people of their due, nor commit abuse on the earth, spreading corruption)
