For the face
Take a very small amount, the size of a pea.
Warm it between your fingertips until it melts.
Apply a light layer to clean skin, preferably at night.
If the skin is oily or prone to acne, use a very small amount as it is rich and may be heavy for some skin types.
For the body
The best time is immediately after showering while the skin is still slightly damp.
Apply an appropriate amount and massage gently.
It can be used daily, especially on knees, elbows, heels, and very dry areas.
💇‍ For hair
For dry ends: a very small amount on the ends after washing hair.
As a hair mask: Apply a small amount to the ends and dry hair for 20–30 minutes, then wash with shampoo.
Avoid using too much so as not to make the hair oily and heavy.
👶 For children
Use 100% pure, unscented shea butter.
A thin layer can be applied to dry areas after showering.
For the face, use a very small amount and avoid the eye and mouth area.
