Restaurant Accountant
* Creating recipes for all products.
* Entering recipes into the system.
* Controlling warehouse issuance to the kitchen based on daily production (issuance only according to the recipe for the day's production) with very high accuracy in reducing waste.
* Creating production orders for the kitchen based on warehouse issuance and daily production.
* Creating a daily report on (production, sales, spoilage, and remaining stock carried over to the next day).
* Performing periodic inventory to match remaining stock in the kitchen.
* Performing periodic inventory to match warehouse items.
* Monitoring inventory item movement.
* Creating purchase orders according to the following:
1/ Based on the purchase ceiling for each item.
2/ Based on the brand or approved company for the item.
3/ Based on the approved supplier.
4/ Based on the approved price.
* Monitoring supplier payments.
* Determining the break-even point calculation (sales value that covers recipe costs and other expenses).
* Monitoring delivery company accounts (Kita.. Hungerstation).
* Reconciling bank and treasury accounts.
* Recording expenses.
* Creating and preparing the accounting manual or chart of accounts.
* Preparing payroll.
* Preparing tax and zakat accounts.
* Inventorying assets, creating depreciation entries, and maintaining an asset register.
* Archiving accounts and administrative documents in numerical and qualitative sequence.
* Preparing internal forms that facilitate data flow and control procedures.
* Preparing the income statement or profit and loss statement and profit distribution.
* Preparing the balance sheet.
