The cat is clearly a house cat and is lost. Its color is white with light brown, and its eyes are sky blue. Its fur is thick and a bit matted. It's clear it's been outside for a while and is lost. I think it's male and it has a blue collar. It's not afraid at all. Whoever lost it can find it there, or whoever wants to do a good deed can take it. It's very calm.
